The standardized 40-foot container energy storage solution, compliant with domestic large-scale power plant-level energy storage requirements. The energy storage system equipment adopts an integrated design within the container, with the energy storage battery cluster, battery control cabinet, distribution cabinet, and other equip- ment installed inside the container. The container system features an independent self-powering system, temperature control system, fire alarm system, door control lighting, safety evacuation system, emergency system, fire protection system, and other automatic control and security systems.

The energy storage battery cluster, battery control cabinet, distribution cabinet, and other equipment are installed inside the container. The container system features an independent self-powering system, temperature control system, fire alarm system, door control lighting, safety evacuation system, emergency system, fire protection system, and other automatic control and security systems.

The AiSlito electrical liquid-cooled energy storage system offers the option of a single-unit or dual-unit configuration. The single-unit configuration utilizes a 20-foot container with a capacity of 3000kWh and a 1500V DC system. The dual-unit configura- tion combines two units in a 40-foot container with a capacity of 6000kWh and a 1500V DC system. The single-unit configuration weighs 30 tons, has a height of 2896mm, and a length of 6058mm, meeting road transportation standards without requiring special permits from transportation management departments. The battery rack is integrated with the container, with a length of 6 meters and high strength, eliminating the need for specially designed lifting equipment and addressing container deformation issues during lifting and transportation. The compartment reserves space for a battery clus- ter, which can accommodate a fully loaded single-unit capacity of up to 3357kWh or accommodate the installation of a 250kW inverter to meet user-side application requirements.

The AiSlito  Electrical  Liquid-cooled  Battery  Energy  Cube adopts a standardized and modular minimalist design. The system integrates multiple proprietary technologies and features a standardized battery module, unique air channel design, and the comprehen- sive use of phase-change materials, resulting in a module temperature difference of less than 3°C. The internal battery cells within the module are connected in series with- out interconnections, allowing the Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor the condition  of  each  individual  cell.  This  multidimensional  enhancement  improves  the safety of the energy storage system and enables flexible configuration, application in various scenarios,  precise  management,  and  rapid  operation  and  maintenance.  The AiSlito Electrical Liquid-cooled Battery Energy Cube is widely utilized in various “energy storage+” applications
